The Nexon EV MAX XM, a new Nexon EV model, has been released by Tata Motors. The cost of the new model is Rs. 16.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Beginning in April 2023, the updated variation will be delivered.

The new model will have rear disc brakes, automatic climate control, an electronic stability programme with i-VBAC, and ZConnect connected car technology with smartwatch connectivity, among other features.

Additionally, the company has reorganised the SUV’s complete variation lineup.

Tata Nexon EV MAX XM

The range of the Nexon EV MAX models has been increased to 453 km (according to modified Indian driving cycle range certification) from January 25, 2023, onwards, based on information obtained about driving and usage trends. According to a statement from the firm, current Nexon EV MAX customers will be able to get this range extension through a software upgrade at dealerships starting on February 15, 2023.

Vivek Srivatsa, head of marketing, sales, and service strategy for Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, commented on the portfolio change by saying, “India’s No. 1 EV, Nexon EV, has finished its third successful year. More than 40,000 customers adore and trust it, and it has logged more than 600 million miles on the road. This time, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone can access sustainable transportation, and this repositioning is a significant step in that direction.

Nexon EV MAX XZ+ Lux, the most expensive model, has been reduced in price to Rs 18.99 lakh. Along with the XM amenities, it has leatherette seats with ventilation, a wireless smartphone charger, interior air filtration, an electric sunroof, 16-inch alloy wheels, hill descent control, etc.

The base Nexon EV Prime XM has been repositioned at Rs 14.49 lakh and now includes features like projector headlamps and LED DRLs, push-button start, digital TFT instrument cluster, cruise control, ZConnect connected car technology with smartwatch connectivity, Harman infotainment system, and automatic climate control.
