Tata Motors has introduced a new ‘EV’ sub-brand for its all-electric range of cars. The new branding will be rolled out across its existing electric models soon. The electric versions of the Tigor, Nexon and the upcoming Punch EV will also get the new branding.
Tata Motors has launched a new ‘.EV’ sub-brand for its all-electric vehicle lineup. The new logo will soon be applied to the company’s existing electric versions.
The ‘.EV’ branding will be used to identify its electric vehicles in the future, according to Vivek Srivatsa, Head of Marketing, Sales, and Service Strategy. The electric Tiago already has this feature. The ‘EV’ suffix on the Tigor and Nexon electric variants will be replaced with the ‘.EV’ logo shortly.

Until until, the only distinguishing features of Tata’s electric lineup were the blue colour accents and the ‘EV’ suffix. The new branding will allow the manufacturer to move away from blue accents and provide more exterior colour options throughout its EV lineup.
There are presently four Tata Electric automobiles on sale, with prices beginning at Rs 8.49 Lakh Lakh. Tata Nexon EV Prime (Rs. 14.99 – 17.50 Lakh), Tata Tiago EV (Rs. 8.49 – 11.79 Lakh), and Tata Tigor EV are the most popular Tata Electric vehicles.
