Hyundai Will Display The Ioniq 6 EV At The 2023 Auto Expo

The Ioniq 6 is built on the same E-GMP platform as the Ioniq 5.

The Ioniq 6 is a four-door sedan with a coupe-like roofline. The car gets flush-fitting door handles and rear-view cameras instead of the traditional ORVMs. It is available with two battery options and comes in single or dual-motor configurations.

Hyundai revealed the all-electric Ioniq 5 in India earlier this week. The automaker is presently preparing to unveil the Ioniq 6 EV at the next Auto Expo 2023. The Ioniq 6 is built on the same E-GMP platform as the Ioniq 5. In contrast to the Ioniq 5, which is a big hatchback, it is a four-door sedan with a coupe-like roofline. Instead of standard ORVMs, the automobile receives flush-fitting door handles and rear-view cameras. The Ioniq 6 has a futuristic-looking dashboard with a dual-screen configuration and a two-spoke steering wheel on the inside.

Ioniq 6 EV

The Ioniq 6 is available in single or dual-motor variants and with two battery choices. The single motor configuration with the 53 kWh battery has 225 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. It has a WLTP range of 429 km, but the bigger 77.4 kWh battery is stated to have a range of 614 km. The AWD Ioniq 6 with twin motors offers 316 BHP and 605 Nm of torque and a range of 583 km.
